Denne protokol udnyttede et kommercielt tilgængeligt tryk myograph-system til at udføre tryk myograph test på murine vagina og livmoderhalsen. Ved hjælp af medier med og uden calcium blev bidragene fra de glatte muskelceller (SMC) basal tone og passiv ekstracellulær matrix (ECM) isoleret for organerne underestimerede fysiologiske forhold.
