Vi beskriver tekniker för differentiering induktion av två bröst epitel linjer, HC11 och EpH4. Medan båda kräver fetala kalv serum, insulin och prolaktin för att producera mjölkproteiner, EpH4 celler kan helt skilja i mammografi i tredimensionell kultur. Dessa kompletterande modeller är användbara för signaltransduktionsstudier av differentiering och neoplasi.
