Målet med denne metoden er å få Fibroblast-avledet 3D-matriser som et naturlig stillas for påfølgende cellulære analyser. Fibroblaster er sådd i en pre-behandlet kultur plate og stimulert med askorbinsyre for matrise generasjon. Matriser er decellularized og blokkert til kultur relevante celler (f. eks, endothelial celler).
