Este protocolo images a formação imunológica da sinapse e o tráfego polarizado subseqüente do secretry para a sinapse imunológica. Conjugados celulares foram formados entre uma célula Raji com pulso de superantígeno (agindo como uma célula de apresentação de antígeno) e um clone de Jurkat (agindo como um linfocito auxiliar de efetoreto T).
