Este protocolo analiza tanto la formación de la sinapsis inmunológica como el posterior tráfico secretor polarizado posterior hacia la sinapsis inmunológica. Se formaron conjugados celulares entre una célula Raji con pulso de superantígenos (que actúa como una célula que presenta antígenos) y un clon de Jurkat (actuando como un linfocito T auxiliar del efector).
