Hier presenteren we een protocol om de isolatie en uitbreiding van perifere bloedmononucleaire cellen-afgeleide cytokine-geïnduceerde CD3+CD56+ killer cellen uit te voeren en hun cytotoxiciteitseffect tegen hematologische en vaste kankercellen te illustreren met behulp van een in vitro diagnosestroom cytometriesysteem.
