Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för att utföra isolering och expansion av perifert blod mononukleära celler-härledda cytokin-inducerad CD3+CD56+ mördarceller och illustrera deras cytotoxicitet effekt mot hematologiska och solida cancerceller med hjälp av en in vitro diagnos flöde cytometri system.
