Här beskriver vi en enkel och billig metod som gör det möjligt att kvantifiera självhäftande tumörceller till lymfkörteln (LN) kryosektioner. LN-anhängare tumörceller är lätt identifieras med ljus mikroskopi och bekräftas av en fluorescens-baserad metod, vilket ger en vidhäftning index som avslöjar tumörcell-bindande affinitet till LN parenkym.
