Hier beschreven is het gebruik van een methylatie-specifieke sonde versterking methode om methylatie niveaus van LINE-1 elementen te analyseren in mesenchymale stamcellen behandeld met osteosarcoom-afgeleide extracellulaire blaasjes. Ultracentrifugation, een populaire procedure voor het scheiden van extracellulaire blaasjes van foetaal runderserum, wordt ook aangetoond.
