Gitt at GPCRs er attraktive druggable mål, GPCR ligand screening er dermed uunnværlig for identifisering av bly forbindelser og for deorphanization studier. Mot dette arbeidet beskriver vi PRESTO-Tango, en åpen kildekode-ressursplattform som brukes til samtidig profilering av forbigående β-arrestin2-rekruttering på ca. 300 GPCRs ved hjelp av en TEV-basert reporteranalyse.
