Målet med protokollen er å sammenligne forskjellige ekstracellulære matriksbeleggforhold (ECM) for å vurdere hvordan differensialbelegg påvirker vekstraten til induserte pluripotente stamceller (iPSCs). Spesielt tar vi sikte på å sette opp forhold for å oppnå optimal vekst av iPSC-kulturer.
