Wir beschrieben in diesem Protokoll ein standardisiertes subarachnoides Blutungsmodell (SAH) durch eine doppelte Injektion von autologem Vollblut in die Zisternenmagna. Der hohe Standardisierungsgrad des Doppelinjektionsverfahrens stellt ein mittleres bis akutes Modell der SAH mit relativer Sterblichkeitssicherheit dar.
