Vi presenterer en enkel protokoll for isolering av perifere blodmonylære celler fra fullblod hentet fra pasienter diagnostisert med Sézary Syndrome, etterfulgt av valg av CD4 + T-celler, deres stimulering med phorbol12-myristate13-acetat og A23187 ionofor, og forberedelse av RNA for transkripsjonomisk profilering.
