We ontwikkelden een methode om Phytophthora capsici zoospores in waterbronnen te detecteren met behulp van een filter papier DNA-extractie methode in combinatie met een lus-gemedieerde isothermale versterking (LAMP) test die kan worden geanalyseerd in het veld of in het lab.
