Traditionelle photothrombotische Schlaganfallmodelle (PTS) induzieren hauptsächlich dichte Thrombozytenaggregate mit einer hohen Resistenz gegen eine lytische Behandlung mit Gewebeplasminogenaktivator (tPA).
