Her præsenterer vi en protokol til visualisering af rumlig korrelation af calcitonin genrelateret peptid (CGRP)-immunoreaktive nervefibre og blodkar i kraniedura mater ved hjælp af immunfluorescens og fluorescerende histokemi med henholdsvis CGRP og falloidin. Derudover var oprindelsen af disse nervefibre retrograd spores med en fluorescerende neurale sporstof.
