Detta protokoll visar studien av patofysiologiska effekter av cigarettrök (CS) med en helkropps inandning (WBI) exponeringssystem (WBIS) byggt internt. Detta system kan utsätta djur för CS under kontrollerade repeterbara förhållanden för forskning av CS-medierade effekter på lungemfysem och hematopoiesis.
