Vi præsenterer en protokol for isolering og kultur af primære mus embryonale palatal mesenchymale celler for time-lapse billeddannelse af to-dimensionelle (2D) vækst og sår-reparation assays. Vi leverer også metoden til analyse af time-lapse imaging data til at bestemme celle-stream dannelse og retningsbestemt motilitet.
