Denne protokollen beskriver ekstraksjon og visualisering av aggregerte og oppløselige proteiner fra Escherichia coli etter behandling med en protetoksisk antimikrobiell. Etter denne prosedyren tillater en kvalitativ sammenligning av protein aggregert formasjon in vivo i ulike bakteriestammer og / eller mellom behandlinger.
