Dette papir beskriver en metode til modellering af total intravenøs anæstesi (TIVA) under kræftresektionskirurgi hos mus. Målet er at replikere nøglefunktioner ved anæstesilevering til patienter med kræft. Metoden gør det muligt at undersøge, hvordan bedøvelsesteknik påvirker tilbagefald af kræft efter resektionsoperation.
