Dit artikel beschrijft een methode voor het modelleren van totale intraveneuze anesthesie (TIVA) tijdens kankerresectiechirurgie bij muizen. Het doel is om de belangrijkste kenmerken van anesthesielevering aan patiënten met kanker te repliceren. De methode maakt het mogelijk om te onderzoeken hoe anesthesietechniek het recidief van kanker na resectiechirurgie beïnvloedt.
