Her skisserer og demonstrerer vi en protokoll for primær muslever sinusformet endotelcelle (LSEC) isolasjon. Protokollen er basert på lever kollagenalisere perfusjon, nonparenchymal celle rensing ved lavhastighets sentrifugering, og CD146 magnetisk perle utvalg. Vi fenotype og karakteriserer også disse isolerte LSECene ved hjelp av strømningscytometri og skanning av elektronmikroskopi.
