Hier presenteren we een protocol om de schacht van het dijbeen van Wistar albinoratten iatrogenisch te breken en de ontwikkeling van het eelt op te volgen. Dit femur osteotomiemodel kan onderzoekers helpen het proces van fractuurgenezing te evalueren en te bestuderen hoe een medicijn de genezing van fracturen kan beïnvloeden.
