Denne protokollen beskriver induksjon av eksperimentell autoimmun encefalomyelitt i en musemodell ved bruk av myelin oligodendrocyttglykoprotein og overvåking av sykdomsprosessen ved hjelp av et klinisk skåringssystem. Eksperimentelle autoimmune encefalomyelittrelaterte symptomer analyseres ved hjelp av mus femur mikro-computertomografi analyse og åpent felt test for å vurdere sykdomsprosessen omfattende.
