Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för att skapa ortotopiskt hepatocellulärt karcinom xenotransplantat med och utan leverartärligering och utföra icke-invasiv positronemissionstomografi (PET) avbildning av tumörhypoxi med [18 F] Fluoromisonidazol ([18 F] FMISO) och [18 F] Fluorodeoxiglukos ([18F] FDG).
