In dieser Arbeit beschreiben wir ein einfaches Protokoll für die Isolierung und Färbung von murinen Knochenmarkzellen zum Phänotyp hämopoetischer Stamm- und Vorläuferzellen zusammen mit den unterstützenden endothelialen und mesenchymalen Stammzellen der Nische. Eine Methode zur Anreicherung von Zellen, die sich im endostealen und zentralen Knochenmarkbereich befinden, ist ebenfalls enthalten.
