Syngeneic mus ortotopiske allotransplantater af pancreas ductal adenocarcinom (PDAC) rekapitulerer biologi, fænotyper og terapeutiske reaktioner af sygdomsundertyper. På grund af deres hurtige, reproducerbare tumorprogression anvendes de i vid udstrækning i prækliniske undersøgelser. Her viser vi almindelig praksis for at generere disse modeller og injicere syngeneic murine PDAC-kulturer i bugspytkirtlen.
