Hier presenteren we protocollen voor de identificatie en zuivering van eierstokcellen uit antrale follikels. We werken uit over methoden voor het verwerken van hele eierstokken voor de cryopreservatie van corticale strips, terwijl we ook intacte antrale follikels oogsten die enzymatisch worden behandeld om meerdere follikel-residente celtypen vrij te maken, waaronder granulosa, theca, endotheel, hematopoietische en stromale cellen.
