Dieses Protokoll beschreibt das Transpositionsmodell des Tibianeuroms, das eine Läsion des Nervus tibialis mit anschließender Transposition des proximalen Nervenendes in eine subkutane prätibiale oder laterale Position beinhaltet. Die Verhaltensdiagnostik von Neuromschmerzen und Plantarhyperalgesie wird mit Hilfe von Von-Frey-Monofilamenten quantifiziert.
