Tumoren van het centrale zenuwstelsel (CZS) zijn de belangrijkste oorzaak van kankergerelateerde sterfte bij kinderen, en locoregionale immuungebaseerde therapieën worden steeds vaker getest voor patiënten in klinische onderzoeken.
