APTrack is een softwareplug-in die is ontwikkeld voor het Open Ephys-platform en die real-time datavisualisatie en het closed-loop van elektrische drempeltracking van neuronale actiepotentialen mogelijk maakt. We hebben dit met succes gebruikt in microneurografie voor menselijke C-fiber nociceptoren en muis C-fiber en Aδ-fiber nociceptoren.
