Hier presenteren we een gedetailleerd protocol voor de transplantatie van nierorganoïden in de celomische holte van kippenembryo's. Deze methode induceert vascularisatie en verbeterde rijping van de organoïden binnen 8 dagen en kan worden gebruikt om deze processen op een efficiënte manier te bestuderen.
