We presenteren een protocol om diffusie MRI-tractografie te integreren in de work-up van de patiënt tot endoscopische endonasale chirurgie voor een schedelbasistumor. De methoden voor het toepassen van deze neuroimaging studies in de pre- en intra-operatieve fase worden beschreven.
