À ce jour, le développement de méthodes d’identification de la glande parathyroïde (PG) est limité par le manque de modèles animaux dans la recherche préclinique. Ici, nous établissons un modèle de rat simple et efficace pour l’imagerie PG peropératoire et évaluons son efficacité en utilisant des nanoparticules d’oxyde de fer comme nouvel agent de contraste PG.
