In dit protocol hebben we laten zien hoe fabriceren en voorwaarde tetrodes voor gebruik met een micro-drive array, die werd ontworpen voor chronische elektrofysiologische opnames in ratten. Daarnaast illustreren we de laatste fase van de micro-drive-array constructie, die het installeren van de grond draden en een beschermende kegel bevat.
