Deze video toont een procedure voor het isoleren van intacte protoplasten uit weefsels van 14-dagen-oude zaailingen van Arabidopsis. Gezien het feit dat de geïsoleerde protoplasten intact blijven gedurende minstens 96 uur en worden geïsoleerd van zaailingen in plaats van een-maand-oude volwassen planten, deze procedure versnelt assays die intact protoplasten.
