Bau eines Fosmid Bibliothek mit Umwelt-genomischer DNA aus der vertikalen Tiefe Kontinuum einer saisonal hypoxischen Fjord isoliert beschrieben. Der resultierende Klon-Bibliothek ist in 384-Well-Platten aufgenommen und archiviert für Downstream-Sequenzierung und funktionelle Screening durch die Anwendung eines automatisierten Kolonie Kommissioniersystem.
