Ein Verfahren zur Isolierung von spezifischen Zelltypen aus pflanzlichem Material nachgewiesen ist. Diese Technik bedient sich transgene Marker exprimieren fluoreszierenden Proteinen in bestimmten Zelltypen, Zell-Dissoziation und Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting. Zusätzlich wird ein Wachstum Setup hier erleichtert Behandlung von etablierten<em> Arabidopsis thaliana</em> Setzlinge vor cell sorting.
