In deze video, beschrijven we de karakterisering van multiprotein complexen (MPL), door blauwe inheemse polyacrylamide gel elektroforese (BN-PAGE). In een eerste dimensie, worden gedialyseerd cellulaire lysaten gescheiden door BN-PAGE om individuele Mediterrane partnerlanden te identificeren. In een tweede dimensie SDS-PAGE, zijn mediterrane partnerlanden van belang verder onderverdeeld naar hun kiezers te analyseren door immunoblotting.
