Descrevemos um novo método para realizar a replicação do DNA através da reação em cadeia da polimerase (PCR). Convecção térmica é aproveitada para reagentes shuttle continuamente entre desnaturação, anelamento e extensão através da manutenção de condições de superfícies opostas do reator a uma temperatura constante. Este projeto inerentemente simples promete fazer uma rápida PCR mais acessível.
