Een efficiënte protocol voor de<em> Ex vivo</em> Uitbreiding van de tumor-reactieve T-cellen van tumor-drainerende lymfeklieren of andere secundaire lymfoïde weefsels van tumor-dragende hosts wordt beschreven. Dit protocol breidt selectief tumor-specifieke T-cellen voor gebruik in de adoptieve immunotherapie van borstkanker.
