En<em> Ex vivo</em> Protokoll för att skapa mogna människans röda blodkroppar från hematopoetisk stamceller / stamceller beskrivs. Dessutom beskriver vi en effektiv Lentiviral leverans metod för att ÖVERVÄLDIGANDE de TAL1 transkriptionsfaktor i primär erytroida celler.
