Dit is een methode om leukocyt adhesie te visualiseren aan het endotheel in geoogste drukvaten. De techniek maakt het bestuderen van vasculaire adhesie onder afschuiving stroom met verschillende intraluminale druk tot 200 mmHg aldus de pathofysiologische omstandigheden van hoge bloeddruk na te bootsen-ing.
