En metod för att analysera fördelningen av benmärgsceller hematopoietiska progenitorer i flödescytometri samt att effektivt isolera höggradigt renade hematopoietiska stamceller (HSC: er) beskrivs. Isoleringen Förfarandet är i huvudsak baserad på magnetiska anrikning av c-Kit + celler och cell sortering för att rena HSC för cellulära och molekylära studier.
