Dieser Artikel beschreibt eine optimierte Abfolge der Ereignisse für multimodale Bildgebung von zellulären Transplantaten im Gehirn von Nagetieren mit: (i) In-vivo-Biolumineszenz-und Kernspintomographie, und (ii) post mortem histologische Analyse. Die Kombination dieser bildgebenden Verfahren auf einem einzigen Tier erlaubt zelluläre Transplantat Auswertung mit hoher Auflösung, Empfindlichkeit und Spezifität.
