Genereren van T-lymfocyten van geïnduceerde pluripotente stamcellen (iPS) cellen geeft een alternatieve aanpak van het gebruik van embryonale stamcellen voor T-cel-gebaseerde immunotherapie. De werkwijze blijkt dat door een gebruik<em> In vitro</em> Of<em> In vivo</em> Inductie-systeem, iPS cellen zijn in staat om te differentiëren in zowel conventionele als antigeen-specifieke T-lymfocyten.
