Burada tek bir lentiviral yeniden programlanması vektörü kullanılarak periferal kan 3-4 ml insan iPSCs üretimi için basit ve etkili bir protokol göstermektedir. Hazır kan hücrelerinin yeniden programlanması daha geniş bir araştırma toplum için erişilebilir kılarak IPSC teknoloji kullanımı hızlandırmak için vaat ediyor.
