We stellen een nieuwe werkwijze voor het onderhoud van menselijke intestinale mucosa in cultuur en controle van de reactie op verschillende soorten stimuli gedurende tenminste 24 uur. Bij onze werkwijze, wordt de polariteit van het weefsel gehandhaafd, waardoor een fysiologische stimulering via de apicale route.
