Um método para a montagem de gradientes de adesivo e solúvel em uma câmara de microscopia para estudos de migração de células vivas é descrito. O ambiente artificial combina superfícies antivegetativas e faixas adesivas com gradientes de solução e, portanto, permite que se determine a importância relativa das pistas de orientação.
