Vi har udviklet en kvantitativ DNA-bindende ELISA-assay til måling af transkriptionsfaktor interaktion med DNA. Høj specificitet for RUNX2 protein blev opnået med en konsensus DNA-genkendelse oligonukleotid og specifikt monoklonalt antistof. Kolorimetrisk detektion med et enzym-koblet antistof substrat Reaktionen blev overvåget i realtid.
